CREAF

CREAF is seeking a technician manager to work on the BESTMAP project (“Behavioural, Ecological and Socio-economic Tools for Modelling Agricultural Policy”, ref. H2020-SC5-2018-817501-2), from the H2020 program, funded by the European Union. The contract is part-time (about 10 h. per week) starting in April 2021.

TASKS
- Deliver the methodological framework and guidance to the co-design of the BESTMAP web dashboard.
- Deliver of the work required to fulfill the tasks assigned to CREAF regarding related co-design activities.
- Be the main author of deliverables assigned to CREAF regarding related co-design activities.
- Ensure the integration of EU funded projects results in the MiraMon software (desktop, mobile and web) as a mechanism to elevate the TRL of solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
- PhD in Environmental, Biological Sciences, Geography or similar.
- Previous experience in similar EU projects.
- Previous experience in organizing co-design sessions and dynamics at local, national and European level.
- Training and experience in topics such as Ecology, Agriculture, Phenology, Remote Sensing, Data Management, Analysis, Presentation and Application of Geospatial Standards.
- Training and experience in regional, national and European policy analysis, EU project networking and exploitation activities.
- Knowledge and skills in group work, team coordination and sound information flow management.
- High level of Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Availability for travelling abroad.

ASSESSABLE CONDITIONS
- Experience in designing and implementing participatory processes, building of multi-stakeholder platforms and workflow management with actors engaged.
- Ability for transferring specific technical/information to lay public audiences.
- Building or contribution to web map browsing technologies.
- Careful attention to details.

SELECTION PROCES AND CRITERIA
1.
